As a nutrition and lifestyle coach, it is important to determine if we are a good fit for working together. I offer a free initial consultation for you to share your health story and health goals. If we both feel that we connect, you may enroll in my 3 Month Weekly Foundational Program with a total of 12 sessions. This is a good time frame to be able to deconstruct what factors are causing health concerns and lay the groundwork for solutions. Continuing education and coaching programs are available if needed. You will have your own personal health coach, guiding and supporting you as you come to understand what works best for your body and life. The goal is to develop successful and sustainable life habits that put you on the path to vitality and inner peace that is the result of a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
Personalized 1-on-1 sessions will include support through text or e-mail. This includes an extensive nutritional and body systems assessment. For a small fee, the group class can be added to your program based on availability.
Group programs are weekly for 3 months, a total of 12 sessions. Small class sizes range between 5-12 people in order to optimize discussion for each participant.
